Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program

The MBSR program is a wellness program that focuses on reducing stress and promoting overall well-being through mindfulness practices. This program is designed for corporate employees who are experiencing low work-life balance, stress, fatigue, and burnout. The program consists of the following components:

  • Mindfulness meditation
  • Basic Yoga practice
  • Mindful communication
  • Mindful walking

3 Week Program

3 sessions (one each week) which gives deeper understanding of managing stress, Mindful Meditation and work life balance

3 Month Program

12 sessions (one each week) which gives in-depth understanding of Goal Oriented Mindfulness Meditation, Stress Management through different meditation techniques, and work life balance

Sound Therapy Program

The Sound Therapy Program is a wellness program that focuses on promoting relaxation and reducing stress through the use of sound. This program is designed for corporate employees who are experiencing stress-related symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, and fatigue. The program consists of the following components:

  • Sound healing sessions using ancient Tibetan/Nepalese Sound Bowls
  • Guided meditations
  • Breathing Exercises
  • Visualization Meditation
